This can be done remotely – I will send you a ZIP file of SQL files and a EXE. You run this EXE on a PC attached to your server and it will generate a series of low-priority diagnostic queries, then puts the data from those queries into a spreadsheet and series of TSQL files and ZIPs them up.
You send me that file and I will be able to make recommendations based on what it comes back with.
